  • Requests made more than 30 days after delivery
  • Items that have been used, damaged by the customer, or are missing parts

How to Request a Return

Email us at support@kepthome.co with your order number and reason for the return. We'll respond within 24 hours with next steps. If your item arrived damaged, please include a photo so we can resolve it quickly.

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of approval and returned to your original payment method.
