Tracking

You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update after shipment.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order hasn't arrived within 15 business days of shipment, contact us at support@kepthome.co and we'll investigate with the carrier. If the package is confirmed lost, we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund.
